Return Policy

RaesWear accepts returns on all products pursuant to the following rules, except custom sized products (products with either inches added or inches reduced):

All Returns must be done within 30 days of purchase. All Returns must be done with product that has not been worn or washed.

Returns for an exchange of the same product, but a different size will be honored at no additional charge.

Returns for an exchange of a different product will be honored with either the addition or subtraction of the initial purchase price charged or refunded to the card that was used for the purchase.

Returns due to faulty product will be honored with either an exchange or a refund in full to the card that was used for the purchase.

Returns for all other reasons will result in a refund to the card that was used for purchase minus the shipping fees.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping

We currently ship within the US only via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 8-10 business days for processing and shipping of your order.
